Targeted therapy treatment in Colorectal Cancer (CRC) works specifically on a protein or target cell cancer. It plays role the survival of cancer cells. involves several monoclonal antibodies, one which is cetuximab targets Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). However, there are cases resistance caused by activities Tissue Inhibitor Metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1). TIMP-1 can activate downstream EGFR signaling pathway, thereby that need to be inhibited. Polysaccharide compounds Pleurotus ostreatus have potential as an immunomodulator and anticancer. This study aimed determine interaction, types bonds, binding energy between polysaccharide TIMP-1, assay human adenocarcinoma colorectal (HT-29) research method selection, data mining, proteins preparation, docking visualization results, viability assay. To interacted with ?-glucan, ?-glucan, galactomannan, were mediated hydrophobic hydrogen bonds. We found new two-point interaction ?-glucan ?-glucan Glu156 Lys157 CD63.
